How to reach us
Email is the fastest way to get a real answer from the people who pack your order. We are a small UK team, not an overseas call centre, and we would rather solve your problem properly by email than rush you off a phone call.
- Before you buy — not sure which system fits your home? Tell us your property type and whether you are in a hard water area and we will recommend one, or tell you honestly if you do not need a system at all.
- Installation help — send a photo of your pipework and we will talk you through it. Most installations take about twenty minutes and need no plumber.
- Orders, delivery and returns — quote your order number from your Stripe receipt. See our Delivery & Returns Policy.
- Replacement filters — we can tell you which cartridge your system takes and when it is due.
Where your order comes from
Every order is picked, packed and dispatched from our own UK stock in Birmingham. We do not drop-ship from overseas, which is why we can tell you what is in the box and answer questions about it.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email hello@happyh2o.co.uk with "Complaint" in the subject line and your order number. We will acknowledge within one working day and aim to resolve matters within five. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
