Selecting a product takes you to a secure Stripe checkout page. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we email you confirmation that the order has been accepted. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example an item is out of stock or a price was displayed in error — we will tell you and refund you in full.
We dispatch from UK stock in Birmingham, typically arriving in 2–3 working days. We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days you may cancel and receive a full refund. Full detail is in our Delivery & Returns Policy.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Tell us at hello@happyh2o.co.uk, return the goods unused in their original packaging within 14 days of telling us, and we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving them. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns.
Exception: filter cartridges are hygiene-sealed consumables. Once unsealed or installed they cannot be returned unless faulty.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty, contact us before installing it and we will replace it or refund you in full, including return postage.
Subscribe & Save filter deliveries renew automatically at the interval shown when you sign up. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel any time before a renewal via the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing us; cancelling stops future deliveries and does not refund deliveries already sent.
Our systems are designed for DIY installation on standard UK domestic cold water plumbing and are supplied with instructions. You are responsible for checking that a system suits your plumbing before installing it — ask us first if you are unsure, we would rather answer than take a return. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, use with hot water, or use outside the stated pressure and temperature limits.
Performance figures quoted on this site relate to the named filter components and the test standards stated alongside them, including IAPMO R&T testing to NSF/ANSI 53. Real-world results vary with your incoming water quality, pressure and how well the system is maintained. Certifications apply to named components; full-system WRAS approval is in progress. We publish the standard and the number so you can check them — we do not claim more than we can evidence.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
