Delivery

• Free UK delivery on all orders over £25 — which includes every filtration system and most filter orders.
• Orders are dispatched from UK stock and typically arrive within 2–3 working days.
• You will receive an order confirmation by email at checkout and we will contact you if anything delays your order.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it — no questions asked.

• Email hello@happyh2o.co.uk with your order details and we will confirm the return address.
• Return the item unused, in its original packaging, within 14 days of telling us. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.
• We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Faulty or damaged items

• Check the box contents against the manual before installing. If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us before installation and we will replace it or refund you in full — including return postage.
• Please attach a photo of the issue to speed things up; many apparent faults (for example an unseated O-ring) can be fixed in minutes by email without returning anything.
• Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Replacement filters (consumables)

Filter cartridges are hygiene-sealed consumables. Unopened cartridges can be returned under the 14-day rule above. Once a cartridge has been unsealed or installed it cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save filter deliveries can be cancelled at any time, before any renewal — email hello@happyh2o.co.uk or use the link in your Stripe receipt. Cancelling stops future deliveries; there is no minimum term or cancellation fee.
